Document code 9L51: Goods falling under the General Trade Licence for sanctioned processed oil products will be removed from tariff measures falling under chapter 2710 with effect from 5 June 2026 with the exception of commodity codes at the following 8 digit level:
- 27101942
- 27101944
- 27101921
The sanctions licence covered by document code 9L51 is only appropriate to consignments of diesel and jet fuel produced from Russian crude oil. For goods which have not been produced from Russian crude oil, document code 9Y17 can be used to declare that they are not subject to the sanctions.
Any declarations pre-lodged before this change takes effect must be amended before the goods arrive, to prevent rejection by CDS.
