Enterprise, the £999 a month tier, so you see everything the platform does rather than a cut-down version. At the end of the 14 days you choose the tier that fits: SME for turnover up to £10m, Enterprise above it.
Yes. You can move between tiers at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes. Every plan includes a set number of user accounts (1, 3, or 5 depending on your tier). You can add additional users at any time for £250 per user per annum.
Tiers are based on your company turnover. SME is for businesses with turnover up to £10m, and Enterprise is for businesses with turnover above £10m. Partner is for complex customs operations that need hands-on consultancy alongside the platform.
