Update to Russia and Belarus Additional Duties Following Technical Fix – 18 May 2026

Due to a technical issue within CDS, an error has been identified affecting measure 695 (additional duties on imports from Russia and Belarus). This has resulted in incorrect conditions being applied to affected commodity codes.
The issue has now been resolved. The measure will be corrected and reset with the appropriate conditions as soon as possible.
The original start date of 4 December 2023 remains unchanged.
