The Department for Business and Trade have corrected their dataset and from 20 April 2026 Footnote PH015 will be replaced with PH014 for Commodity 0701100000.

PH014 Footnote Wording has also been amended by APHA (Animal and Plant Health Agency) to read:

Import of seed potatoes for planting are prohibited from all countries except EU Member States and Switzerland who must use document code C085 to import where IPAFFS (CHED PP) pre-notification and a phytosanitary certificate is required.

Any declarations that have been pre-lodged prior to this change taking effect must be amended prior to the goods arrival to prevent the declaration being rejected by CDS.
