The Secretary of State’s decision to accept the recommendation of the Trade Remedies Authority (TRA) to vary the application of the anti-dumping measure so that it applies until 6 June 2029 and to maintain the anti-dumping duties on certain aluminium foil in rolls (AFR) originating from the People’s Republic of China (PRC) at the existing duty rates.
