As of 1 November 2025, waiver document code Y080 is being replaced with waiver document code 9022. This will apply to measure type 766 - Export control measures for Russia and Ukraine.
For further information, see the description of both document codes below: Y080: Goods not subject to sanction 9022: Goods which are either not subject to sanctions or are entitled to an exemption from sanctions.
