UK Tariff measures for Nuclear Material licences and Firearms and Ammunition licences both currently use document code 9100.
As of 29 October 2025, document code 9023 will be added to all firearms and ammunition measures to dual run with the current 9100 document code. The dual running of these document codes will apply to UK Tariff until 30 January 2026.
From 31 January 2026, document code use will then be split as follows:
- 9023 will be solely used to declare licenced imports of firearms,
- 9100 will be solely used to declare licenced imports of nuclear material.
