Due to a system update to the Customs Declaration Service (CDS), there is no longer a requirement to use additional code 8A38 for declarations relating to EU member states other than Lithuania.
This will affect measure type 551 - Provisional anti-dumping duty measures for Lithuania on the following commodity codes as of 28 September 2025:

- 2710198130
- 2710198140
- 2710198190
- 2710198300
