Update to MFN Measure; Update to Turkey Steel Safeguard Quota Category 12B.

Update to MFN Measure:
This update is due to the Department for Business and Trade correcting their missing dataset entry in respect of measure type 103 - Third country duty for the following commodity code as of 28 May 2025:
- 2009819900

Update to Turkey Steel Safeguard Quota Category 12B:
The Quarter four steel safeguard quota for Turkey category 12B (quota order number 058104) is exhausted. Under the UK Steel safeguarding rules, Turkey will now be added to the residual “all other countries” quota (quota number 058105) from 29 May 2025 to 30 June 2025 in accordance with Trade Remedies Notice 2024/06.
