Update to Anti-Dumping Duty on Suspension Poly (vinyl chloride) (S-PVC) from the United States of America:

The Trade Remedies Authority (TRA) have recommended to apply a definitive anti-dumping measure on suspension poly (vinyl chloride) (S-PVC) from the United States of America (USA).

The Department for Business and Trade have end dated the provisional measures falling to measure type 551 - Provisional anti-dumping duty measures as of 9 January 2025. Definitive measures have been created using measure type 552 - Definitive anti-dumping duty as of 10 January 2025.

These changes affect the following commodity codes: 3904100015 3904100080

Update to Iran Sanctions:

This update is due to the Department for Business and Trade correcting their tariff dataset entry in respect of Iran export sanctions for luxury goods measures (measure type 467 - Restriction on export). Measures have been amended as of 11 January 2025.
