Update to Anti-Dumping Duty on ceramic tableware originating in the People’s Republic of China; Home Office Pre-cursor chemicals footnote amendment; Update to CITES Export Controls; Update to Tariff Preference and Preferential Tariff Quota Measures for Egypt; Update to Staged Tariff Preference Measures for Japan; Update to VAT Measures.

Update to Anti-Dumping Duty on ceramic tableware originating in the People’s Republic of China:
The Trade Remedies Authority (TRA) have recommended that exports from Linyi Hongshun Porcelain Co. Ltd (Additional Code 8A27) on goods in scope of the anti-dumping measure on Chinese ceramic tableware and kitchenware should be subject to a lower anti-dumping rate of 17.9%.
Measures affecting the following commodity codes will be updated as of 5 October 2024:

This update is due to the Department for Business and Trade correcting a missing tariff dataset entry in respect of measure type 715 - Export control – CITES. A measure has been created for the following commodity code as of 8 October 2024:
