What data do I need to get started?
You can upload MSS or CDS customs data reports, typically downloaded from HMRC systems. CAT360 accepts CSV and Excel formats. If you already have access to TRE data, that works too.
How long does it take to see results?
Once your data is uploaded, CAT360 processes it within minutes. You'll see dashboards, compliance flags, and duty analytics immediately.
Do I need technical support to set up?
No. CAT360 is designed for non-technical users. Just drag and drop your reports. Our team is on hand if you need any help.
What happens after the trial ends?
We'll be in touch to discuss which plan works best for your organisation. There is no automatic billing and nothing is charged unless you choose to continue.
Can I use CAT360 if I have multiple brokers?
